How to enable automatic mod updating for ARK

As a general rule, we advise our customers against using this feature. It is not uncommon for failed startup issues to incur as a result of failed mod updates during the startup process.

How to use enable auto mod updates.

Step 1: Log into our game server control panel and stop the server if it is running.
Step 2: Click on the Command Line Manager module.
Step 3: Enable the Auto Managed Mods parameter.
Step 4: Save the command line, and then open the Configuration Files module.
Step 5: Open the Game.ini file in the text editor.
Step 6: Add all mods that you would like to update automatically in this format:
[ModInstaller]
ModIDS=680481868
ModIDS=682394267
Step 7: Save the Game.ini config.

Please note that a check for mod updates will only be run when the server is starting up.
