The CPU usage for my ARK service stuck at 0%?

There are a number of steps that we recommend you try to resolve this issue, after each step you can check and see if the server has been fixed, and if not, carry on to the next step. A server hanging at 0% CPU usage for an extended period of time means that it is failing to startup due to something within the server internally. Nothing on our end can cause this to occur.

These steps are as follows:
- First, go through your mods and make sure that they are all up to date.
- Next, try rolling back (https://www.24-play.co.uk/store/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase) your saved data as it may have recently gone corrupt.
- Now, try disabling all of your mods and creating a fresh save by renaming your SavedArks folder. This will create a new folder when the server restarts.
- If this does not work, you can revert back to the original save by changing the folder name back to the original name.
- If you have tried all of this, please contact a support technician through the ticket system and let them know that you have already attempted all of these fixes. This way, the technician will be able to more effectively address the issue. Our priority is to have your service up and running ASAP!
