This Acceptable Use Policy explains how 24 Play services may and may not be used. It applies to game servers, VPS hosting, web hosting, bot hosting, cloud hosting, software services, and any related services provided by 24 Play.

2. Responsible Use

You must use our services responsibly, lawfully, and in a way that does not harm 24 Play, our network, our infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.

3. Prohibited Content

  • Illegal content or content that encourages illegal activity.
  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing pages, or credential-harvesting content.
  • Copyright-infringing files, pirated software, or unauthorized distribution of protected material.
  • Content that promotes fraud, scams, harassment, abuse, or threats.
  • Any content that may create legal, security, or reputational risk for 24 Play.

4. Prohibited Network Activity

  • DDoS attacks, stress testing, booting, flooding, scanning, or traffic abuse.
  • Unauthorized access attempts against servers, accounts, networks, APIs, or services.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or abusive automated messages.
  • Running open proxies, public VPN abuse services, botnets, or malicious automation.
  • Activities that negatively affect service stability, performance, or other customers.

5. Game Server Use

You may host supported game servers, communities, plugins, mods, maps, and related content, provided they comply with this policy and the relevant game publisher rules or platform terms.

6. Resource Abuse

Services must not be used in a way that causes excessive CPU, memory, disk, or network load beyond the intended use of the plan. We may contact you, limit resources, request changes, or suspend services where usage causes disruption.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate reports of abuse and take action where required. This may include warnings, service suspension, content removal, access restriction, or termination. Serious abuse may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

8. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse involving 24 Play services, contact us with as much detail as possible, including IP addresses, logs, timestamps, URLs, screenshots, and any other supporting evidence.
